If it was not for Pension Boost, we would not know about the PLS. Sam Pierce explained the scheme very well and he answered all our questions promptly and professionally. At first we didn’t fully understand how the PLS scheme worked, but Paul Rogan explained it quickly and simply in our first conversation. All our questions were answered knowledgeably and, I believe, honestly. Two months after that, with Xmas intervening, we received a lump sum, backdated two fortnights and letters of confirmation. We will now receive a regular payment that means we can live, not merely exist.
